Privacy Policy

This policy covers the 6-Figure Playbook page, where real estate agents can ask Kristen Comstock to email them the playbook. It explains what is collected there, what is done with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send in the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted, with the wording of that box and the time you sent it.
- Basic visit information: our hosting and network providers record standard technical details such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request. A one-way scrambled form of your IP address is kept with your request as a record of your consent; the address itself is not stored with it.
This page does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To email you the playbook.
- To contact you about your real estate business, if you agreed to that.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you and of your contact preferences.
- To keep the page working and protect it from spam and abuse.
Who sees it
Your details go to Kristen Comstock and the people who work with her. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to run our systems, such as website hosting, network security and email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Calls, texts and email
When you tick the consent box, you agree that Kristen Comstock may email you the playbook and contact you by phone, text and email about your real estate business.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us, to stop emails.
- We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in conversation with you, and afterward for as long as we need them for our records. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Security
The page is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the details you send is limited to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This page is for licensed and prospective real estate agents. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
